** Assumes one owner per home. Pricing for multi-owner units, like timeshares, is as follows: Price level is based on the number of units or number of owners divided by 3, whichever is greater.
Example: 50 units with 6 owners each: Price level based on 100 units (300 owners divided by 3).

Website Secretary Service: We keep your website updated for you.
After the free build, you can either use our easy update tools to maintain the site yourself or add-on the Website Secretary service and we'll do it for you. You can even use the Website Secretary add-on as an assistant to your community's website editor.
Just email or fax us the updates (meeting minutes, contact changes, new documents, photos, etc) and we'll take care of the rest (conversion to PDF, photo conversions to web format, posting on the site, etc).

Trial sites run on a temporary domain name like http://demo.community123.com. Once you sign up for service, we will assign the permanent domain name. Customers signing up prior to the free trial end date will still receive the free time in their contract, so nothing is lost by signing up early.
